Accumulation / Distribution of Volume
Accumulation / Distribution of Volume is one of forex technical indicator used in technical analysis by many traders. This indicator is quite handy and used by beginners or experts, because there are not many parameters defining the volume accumulation-distribution.
Firstly, to stable trend, volume of tenders, usually higher than an average level. This approach suggests that the bull trend VA is to go and its values will be positive, and in descending VA bear trend is down and negative values.
Secondly, as a rule, the closing prices are very close to their extreme values. That is the reason why the bull trend, closing is closer to a ceiling price and bear trend in the closing price is closer to a minimum price.
